View and monitor sites in Sage Provisioning Portal

This topic is not applicable to Sage 200 Standard for Education.

If you have administrative access in Sage Provisioning Portal, you can view terms and conditions and a history of actions performed on your site from the Management menu.

Note: You can also monitor site availability, performance, alerts, notifications and processes through the site details. Use the Sage Provisioning Portal help for more details.

Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions are accepted when you purchase a subscription, but you can view them at any time.

  1. Open Sage Provisioning Portal (opens in a new tab) and log in.
  2. Select Sage Provisioning Portal > Management > Terms & Conditions.
  3. If you have more than one product, select the Product for which you want to view the terms and conditions that were accepted.
  4. The currently accepted terms and conditions are displayed. If you want to view any historical terms and conditions click Historical and select the version for which you want to view the terms and conditions.

Audits

Audit information provides details of all actions that have occurred, for example, a trace of logons and logouts.

  1. Open Sage Provisioning Portal (opens in a new tab) and log in.
  2. Select Sage Provisioning Portal > Management > Audits.
  3. To filter the view, enter the filter criteria and click Search .

    • Since date and time.
    • To date and time.
    • Scope, for example, All or Customer.
    • Item, for example, User or Product.
    • Action, for example, Logon or Log out.
    • Text keywords, for example, Backup.
    • Tip: To re-display the full list, clear the keyword and click the search icon again.

  4. To sort the list by date, click the ascending and descending icons on the Date.
  5. To move between pages, click the page numbers or Prev and Next.
